We purchase a 2010 Vellfire 3.5 from Phil and Stuart and picked it up just in time for Christmas. We cannot praise them high enough their service and attention to all our needs and to all details of the purchase was all we could have wished it to be when buying a vehicle. My Elgrand 3.5 is the third vehicle my family has had from Stuart and Phil.The previous were Alphards which were great.The Nissan though imo is just as good, it drives beautifully.It feels like a 60k motor and when I drive away from the garage I feel as if ive stolen the car as they are such good value.

Purchased a 2011 Elgrand from Stu. I'm based over 3 hours away from the dealership, so Stu had to answer my many questions over email and whatsapp. I asked Stu for a video appraisal of the car as i wouldn't be able to come a view before deciding to purchase. The video was ver clear and Stu's commentary was very honest and accurate. When we arrived to complete the purchase, the car was everything I expected and more! Stu was very welcoming on a rainy Dudley morning! Nothing was too much trouble and he even helped me out with sorting the insurance. Very genuine dealers, highly recommended. And the Nissan Elgrand is a lot of car for the money! Great experience all round.

Thank you to Stuart and Phil for their service and professional business of selling me my Toyota Alphard, I did extensive research before contacting them and could of easily purchase from a more local dealer. Who was more expensive and with only a 3 month warranty, but the low pressure sell which I found unusual for a car dealership. Was great and the information and advise was very welcomed. There review site gives you a good idea of how good they are, I was unable to see the Vehicle for myself as I live in Cornwall, but the pictures and a Friend who had purchased an Alphard from them assured me I would like it convinced me to buy. Stuart also arranged to have the vehicle delivered to my home address what a service and with a 2 year warrantee. If you thinking of buying a Vehicle in the near future give them a call. one sunday we went to look at the cars for sale at ssautos. we fell in love with a nissan serena highway star. stuart was on hand to answer any questions. we was left alone to look over the car there was no pushy sale pitch. we did buy the car and we are very happy with the car and the service we have received. we would recommend ssautos to anyone

From our first visit to the Spencer Bros. forecourt the service we received was top notch. They are experts in the Japanese import business and this is evident in the cars they have available. We purchased a 2007 3.0L Alphard G from them in early July and we absolutely love it. "Alphred", as he's now affectionately called, was presented in pristine condition and is a pleasure to drive and to take out - proper fun. The space in the vehicle for a family of 5 is so versatile and it can be configured however you like it. It felt like buying a new car such was the condition of it. Stuart and Phil were very friendly and patient, answering all of my boring questions that they must have answered a million times before, without ever pressuring me. As other reviewers have said they are top blokes and have genuine integrity. The two year warranty they offer shows they are confident in their cars and the service they provide. Our experience of buying a car could not have been more hassle free. Thank you chaps
