We needed to replace our ageing Toyota Alphard with a newer version but we had specific requirements which meant trawling the web for weeks. I came across these guys who had what we were looking for and, after reading reviews, thought it was worth the 10 hour return train journey. Oh my, Stuart and Phil are such lovely guys, nothing is too much trouble, their vehicles are immaculately presented and everything is taken care of (service, fresh MOT and replacement of equipment found to be not working). Needless to say we are now the proud owners of a beautiful 2012 Alphard, I cant recommend Stuart Spencer Autos highly enough!!!

A proper garage! No pushy sales, just good, honest, helpful advice. Well worth the 140 mile round trip to get to the garage, Stuart and Phil couldn't have been more helpful, it was a treat to find a garage that knows what they were selling inside out! Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier with our Alphard. Rock solid van, perfect kid wagon and no issues what so ever. Phil even sent me a replacement set of bulbs when I ordered the wrong set of Amazon. Would purchase again in a heartbeat!

We purchase a 2010 Vellfire 3.5 from Phil and Stuart and picked it up just in time for Christmas. We cannot praise them high enough their service and attention to all our needs and to all details of the purchase was all we could have wished it to be when buying a vehicle. My Elgrand 3.5 is the third vehicle my family has had from Stuart and Phil.The previous were Alphards which were great.The Nissan though imo is just as good, it drives beautifully.It feels like a 60k motor and when I drive away from the garage I feel as if ive stolen the car as they are such good value.

Purchased a 2011 Elgrand from Stu. I'm based over 3 hours away from the dealership, so Stu had to answer my many questions over email and whatsapp. I asked Stu for a video appraisal of the car as i wouldn't be able to come a view before deciding to purchase. The video was ver clear and Stu's commentary was very honest and accurate. When we arrived to complete the purchase, the car was everything I expected and more! Stu was very welcoming on a rainy Dudley morning! Nothing was too much trouble and he even helped me out with sorting the insurance. Very genuine dealers, highly recommended. And the Nissan Elgrand is a lot of car for the money! Great experience all round.
